Booking Terms & Conditions
These are the terms and conditions that apply when you reserve a room at Lake Mulehe Safari Lodge. You will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions when you make a reservation.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and you should therefore check them each time you make a reservation. The terms and conditions applying to your reservation will be those in place on the date that you make your reservation.
Bookings & Payments
After receiving a request for room availability through email or telephone on a specific date, the lodge can hold a tentative private booking for a maximum period of 2 weeks (fourteen days). If not yet confirmed within the 14 days period, the lodge has the right to release the room(s) when required.
When Lodge Management enquires for updates regarding a tentative booking in order to accommodate new bookings and does not receive feedback within 72 hours (3 days), Lodge management has the right to release the room(s). Bookings are confirmed only if the confirmation request is received by e-mail and the lodge has confirmed by issuing an invoice. Booking Confirmations by phone are not accepted and are not considered as confirmed. Our Rates are Per Room per Night, on Full Board Accommodation - (Lunch, Dinner & Breakfast).
The complete amount that reflects on the invoice for; Room bookings, Transfers and any specified activities must be paid four weeks prior to the arrival Date. Payments can be done in US Dollars or an equivalent in UGX depending on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
Tariff rates are inclusive of Government taxes and are subject to change. Lake Mulehe Safari Lodge reserves the right to amend the rates.
CANCELLATIONS, CHECK-OUT & CHILDREN POLICY
Children from 0-15 years sharing in own room will pay normal Adult rate per person
Children from 0-15 years sharing with Parents pay $15 per night
Children from age 15 years and above will be charged as Adults.
Check out time is 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged with Lodge Management
Cancellations or Amendments are only confirmed when received and confirmed via e-mail.
Cancellations 30 Days prior to Client arrival Date: No cancellation fee
Cancellations 15-10 Days prior to client arrival Date: 25% cancellation fee
Cancellations 10-3 days prior to arrival: 50% Cancellation fee
No show- 100%
Refunds can be done thru Bank Transfer or can remain as a credit for a future/new booking.
