How to get to Lake Mulehe Safari Lodge

Lake Mulehe Safari Lodge is located on Lake Mulehe in Mucha about 10 km from Kisoro Town along the road to Rubuguli, it is about 25km from the Southern gate of Bwindi National Park(Rushaga) and 20 km from Mgahinga National Park, we are only 20 km from Kyanika border. The Lodge is a natural birding area with breath taking views of Lake Mulehe.

By road, Lake Mulehe Safari Lodge is an 8-9 hours road drive from Kampala. Lake Mulehe Safari Lodge is 10km from Kisoro town, 20kms from Rushaga gate of Bwindi and 25kms from Mgahinga Gorilla National Park gate.

You will love the approach to our Lodge, it is always a thrilling experience on the wondering roads which dip up and down with ever better enchanting views of the seven Volcanoes of Virunga Region, kindly follow the very first signpost of Lake Mulehe Safari Lodge in Kisoro until when you get to the Lodge.

Travelling by Air

flight through Entebbe

International Airport

By air, travellers can have charter flights from Entebbe or Kajjansi to Kisoro airstrip, from where travellers then proceed with a drive to the lodge. It is 13km from Kisoro airstrip to Lake Mulehe Lodge. Lake Mulehe Safari Lodge is 20km from Cyanika boarder.

Fly from Entebbe Airport to Kisoro Airstrip, it will take you only 45 minutes.The Lodge is only 13 km away from the air strip and we will take care of the transfers at an extra convenient cost.

SIMPLE DIRECTIONS TO THE LODGE FROM KISORO TOWN

In Kisoro Town, turn right at Kindly petrol station along Mutolere Rubuguri road and drive straight until when you get to Mucha Bridge. Here at a junction, turn on your right and drive for about 200 Metres, you'll see a sign post reading Lake Mulehe Safari Lodge on your right, and you'll have reached.
